Live in Japan is a 1973 live album by the American jazz singer Sarah Vaughan, recorded at the Nakano Sun Plaza Hall in Tokyo, Japan. The two volumes were released separately. A double compact disc set was issued in 1993. In 2007, the United States Library of Congress honored the album by adding it to the National Recording Registry. The album was praised in the original LP sleeve-notes by jazz critic Nat Hentoff: "There is Sarah's striking sense of design.

The instrumentalists comprised Billy Taylor Sr. bass, clarinet Tony Scott, drums . Heard, guitars Freddie Green and Mundell Lowe, piano Jimmy Jones, on tenor saxophone Budd Johnson, trombone Bennie Green, and trumpet Miles Davis. The 8 songs were later incorporated into 1955's Sarah Vaughan in Hi-Fi. East Of The Sun (And West Of The Moon) - Brooks Bowman.

Sarah Vaughan - Live at Rosy's is a newly discovered live recording captured in an intimate club setting on May 31, 1978 at Rosy's in New Orleans. Featuring nearly 90 minutes of music from 'the Divine One', Sarah Vaughan backed by her trio of pianist Carl Schroeder, bassist Walter Booker and drummer Jimmy Cobb Live at Rosy's is a collection material originally recorded for the Peabody Award-winning NPR radio program Jazz Alive! with host Dr. Billy Taylor, some of which has never been aired before. Nat Hentoff remarks on their ability in the liner notes of the Live in Japan album as they not only listen well, they listen ahead. Seven songs in Live at Rosy’s are overlapped with the two Live in Japan albums. But, she never sings a song the same way twice. Sarah designs the progression of her show with a striking sense.
